It’s focused on discussions of the economic opportunities in Brazil and intends to bring together business people and investors for networking and negotiations.

A Brazilian road trip on the web arrives in Silicon Valley

ontheroadNetworking: making contact with people with a focus on business relations. Netweaving: making connections online with people, continually. With this in mind, a Brazilian team has been doing what they call a road trip on the web to open doors to cooperation between entrepreneurs.

Recently, a Brazilian arrived in Silicon Valley, in the US, with the mission to promote interaction between startups there and  here, supporting the theme of Social Media Week, which has São Paulo and San Francisco as participating cities. Read more…

Startupi launches calendar of events to monitor movement in the market

It’s a clear sign that the market is hot: there are sponsoring businesses; professionals sharing their expertise; an interested public wanting to learn and network; and traditional media outlets and blogs reporting and commenting.
