Don’t worry! I don’t think vegetarians are vegetables, and I would never say that I look like the experimental food I like to cook up. The old saying means food is an important part of our health, our lifestyle, and our routine. And when the weekend comes, we like to settle down with a good meal! And get to know new places.
But eating well is not as easy as it might seem. There are many criteria to consider.
