Just launched a super simple service called Estreia Sexta. It has the unique and exclusive intention of showing you all the films which are going to be in the Brazilian theaters the next Friday. That’s it. The films come with links to trailers and websites like imdb, which give you the details.

I heard about this via Marco Gomez’s Fastblog, and as we can see in the re-launch discussion, Fabricio Zuardi, father of this idea, doesn’t intend to transform it into a business. But by having such a simple and useful idea, Estreia Sexta might turn into a big success.

The interesting thing in this story is the rapid implementation of the project. Of course the idea was probably in Fabricio’s head for several days before he decided to implement it. His domain registration was done on the 29th of December. The next day he started a discussion with several colleagues about what they thought of the idea. Today, not two weeks later, it is up and open to the public.

It’s an interesting little story for everyone of us who has a fantastic idea every day, and let’s it pass without making it happen.
