Rio Info: the National Meeting of Business and Technology, is taking place September 9 to 11 in Rio de Janeiro. The theme of this seventh edition is Trends and Opportunities in IT in Times of Crisis.

A jury has already chosen winning innovative solutions entered in five categories (see below). In addition, several participants are announcing very interesting news. Startupi has a representative at the event.

Besides the awards, the event has a huge and varied lineup, divided into two sections (see below for explanatory topics, and click on the links to check the full schedules). One of the directors of SocialSmart (an investor in Startupi), Michael Nicklas, will talk about innovation at the event, then share his expert vision here afterwards.
